In this role, they were responsible for the advanced development of cooling design and thermal stress analysis of power semiconductors for the hybrid system. Later, they researched module design and efficiency improvement using SiC. From September 2012 to August 2014, they worked as a Researcher, focusing on boost converters for EVs at the University of Colorado.

Throughout their career, Tadakazu has gained extensive experience in software integration, software architecture, electrical engineering, hardware engineering, and research.

Tadakazu Harada pursued their education in a chronological manner. Tadakazu began their academic journey in 2002 at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. Following this, Tadakazu attended the University of Colorado at Boulder from 2012 to 2014, where they achieved a Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
