Toshiro Hikita

Toshiro HIKITA has had extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Toyota Motor Corporation. Toshiro started at Toyota in 2009 as an Engineer and later became a Project Manager in 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Researcher and Architect for Vehicle Sensor Data Processing Systems at Toyota InfoTechnology Center Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2019. Toshiro also held the role of Executive Advisor at Toyota Research Institute Advanced Development from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Woven by Toyota as an Executive Advisor and was later promoted to Lead. Toshiro HIKITA continues to contribute their expertise to the automotive industry with a focus on project management and research and development.

Toshiro HIKITA obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mathematical Engineering from The University of Tokyo, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters degree in Mathematical Engineering at the same institution, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information and Communication Engineering at The University of Tokyo from 2014 onwards.
