Lucas Burdess

Lucas Burdess has worked in various roles since 2007. Lucas began their career at Aprimo as a Senior Lead Generation Specialist, where they were promoted to Team Lead within 8 months of employment. In 2010, they started working at Tyco Integrated Security as a Team Trainer and National Order Management. In 2016, they worked as a Fine Paper, Diploma Triage Team at Herff Jones. In 2017, they joined SteadyServ Technologies as a Client Success Manager. In 2019, they worked at both Conduent as a Course Administrator and Herff Jones as a Customer Service Team Lead, Diplomas. Currently, Lucas is working at TitleCapture as an Account Manager, Product Support Manager and Customer Onboarding Specialist, and at Woven as a Client Success Manager.

Lucas Burdess completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015. In 2019, they began taking courses on Trailhead by Salesforce.
