Cheri Ledvina

Cheri Ledvina has been working at WOW Logistics since September 2012. Cheri currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Operations, as well as the President of WOW-WE CARE CHARITY. Cheri manages various aspects of HR, including hiring/recruitment, employee relations, workers compensation, discipline, performance reviews, and annual harassment training. Cheri also has experience as a General Manager, overseeing a large team while ensuring safety protocols, scheduling labor, managing finances, and implementing incentive programs. Cheri previously worked as an HR & Facility Supervisor, handling recruiting, onboarding, labor scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and training. Cheri's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from UW Oshkosh.
