R. Scott Blamey

R. Scott Blamey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. R. Scott started their career in 2002 as an Owner/Consultant at Chaparral Enterprises, LLC, where they provided consulting services until 2015. In 2012, they also worked as a Development Manager at wisnet.com, LLC, leading a team of developers and implementing Agile methodology.

In 2015, Blamey joined UnitedHealth Group as a UI Developer and later moved to Network Health WI as a Web Strategy Manager in 2016. R. Scott then joined WOW Logistics in 2017, initially working as a Manager of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance and later becoming the Director of Product Management in December 2020. At WOW Logistics, they led a team of BAs, QAs, and interns, managing and prioritizing user stories and overseeing the implementation of warehouse management systems.

Blamey also had experience in entrepreneurial endeavors, founding the Emergent Technology Center, a seed accelerator and emerging technology training center. R. Scott was also an Owner/Lessor/Property Manager at Ledgeview Associates, LLC, and served on the Leadership Fond du Lac Alumni Board.

Throughout their career, Blamey has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills using various tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, Excel, Visio, MindManager, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, and Trello.

R. Scott Blamey has a diverse education history. R. Scott completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Principia College from 1995 to 1999. R. Scott further pursued their education and obtained an MBA degree from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business specializing in Operations and Technology Commercialization from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Blamey also attended Moraine Park Technical College in 2006, studying Human Resources and Insurance. That same year, they also attended Fox Valley Technical College, focusing on Web Development and Human Resources.

Blamey has acquired certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2015, they obtained a certification in "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School. Moreover, in 2011, they achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business.

Throughout their educational journey, Blamey has demonstrated a commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in various fields, including business administration, operations, technology commercialization, human resources, insurance, web development, and Six Sigma methodologies.
