Johanna Poveda

Johanna Poveda has worked in various roles in the finance and media industry since 2003. Johanna began their career as an Assistant Manager & Sr. Sales Associate at Panache Boutique DBA Vertigo in 2003, where they were responsible for weekly sales reports, inventory analysis, store shipping, inter-store transfers, merchandising and telemarketing. In 2007, they joined Accentmarketing as a Media Coordinator, where they served as a liaison between the agency and sales representatives to solve most billing issues. Johanna also entered buys, cleared invoices and resolved billing discrepancies in Harris internal media system. In 2010, Johanna joined Horizon Media as a Budget Coordinator, where they were responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates and reconciliation billing for all client media activity. Johanna also proactively started the billing process and established clear timelines with inter-office teams. In 2018, Johanna joined Imagen. The Marketing Agency as a Media Analyst, where they assisted in the creation of a consistent billing process to ensure accuracy of invoicing and payments. Johanna also prepared accurate and timely estimates and reconciliation billing for all client media activity. Finally, they joined Tambourine: technology and creativity for hotels and resorts, where they served as a Media Accountant. In this role, they established, managed and controlled monthly budgets for about 400 clients in different media channels, oversaw and prepared monthly billing sent to customers, and ensured accuracy of financial information by reviewing, validating and properly updating the “accounting records” of each of the clients. In 2021, Johanna joined WOW MKTG as a Media Finance Analyst.
