Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. Gaurav is currently serving as the Vice President Customer Delight at WOW Skin Science since June 2021. Prior to this, they were on sabbatical from May 2020 to June 2021. Gaurav has also worked as the Guest Services Head - Asst. Vice President at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from April 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as the APAC WFO Head at eBay from August 2016 to April 2019. Gaurav has also held positions at Times Internet as D.G.M. - Telesales - Timesjobs.com from October 2013 to January 2016 and as Head - CRM Shopping.indiatimes.com from September 2012 to October 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Videocon DTH as the Assistant General Manager - Service Provisioning Head from August 2009 to September 2012. Gaurav's earlier experience includes working at Seventymm as the Regional Service Delivery Head from 2007 to 2009 and at Idea Cellular Ltd as the Assistant Manager - SDQ from August 2004 to May 2006.

Gaurav Jain completed their M.C.M. degree in General Management and Information Technology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Gaurav further enhanced their skills by obtaining a certification in Managerial Leadership & Team Effectiveness from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in November 2019. Currently, Gaurav is pursuing a CDF degree in Data Analytics from INSAID, with a start year in 2020.
