Smriti Khanna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Smriti is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at WOW Skin Science, where they are responsible for building and managing talent, developing people strategies, designing the organization's structure, and enhancing the employer brand. Prior to this, they worked at Caregiver Saathi as an Ambassador, promoting their services and initiatives.

Smriti has also held multiple roles at Livspace, including AVP-HR Business Partnering, Senior Director HR, and Director HR. In these positions, they collaborated with different business units to cultivate a high-performance culture, implemented change management strategies, developed policies, managed compensation and benefits, and focused on employee engagement and development.

Before joining Livspace, Smriti worked as an Independent Consultant, providing guidance on people practices and content writing for incubation-stage start-ups. Smriti also served as a Factory HR Manager at Nestlé, where they oversaw HR activities and initiatives to create a high-performing culture. Additionally, they served as a HR Manager at Nestlé, driving recruitment, talent and performance management processes.

Smriti has experience working with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India as a Project Team Member and with airtel as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning for the MP & CG region. Smriti'sresponsibilities at airtel included workforce planning, recruitment, metrics management, and supporting talent management and engagement initiatives.

Smriti began their career as a Summer Intern at Aon Hewitt.

Smriti Khanna completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University from 2008-2011. Following this, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2011-2013.
