Chance Burleson

Chance Burleson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer base management and channel sales. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Base Management and Retention at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since 2020, Chance has previously held significant roles including Senior Channel Sales Manager - Indirect Retail at CenturyLink from 2017 to 2020, and a series of leadership positions at AT&T Mobility from 2001 to 2017, such as Lead Product Marketing Manager and Associate Director of Finance/Collections. Earlier in career, Chance worked as an Area Manager at SPS Payment Systems from 1991 to 1997. Chance is a Milligan College graduate.
