Bob Schaper

Bob Schaper has a diverse work experience in the journalism field. Bob is currently working as the News Director for WOWK 13 News since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Assistant News Director at KEZI-TV from July 2018 to November 2021. Bob also served as an Evening Anchor from August 2017 to July 2018 and as a Morning Anchor from June 2013 to August 2017 at KEZI-TV. Before joining KEZI-TV, Bob worked as a Television Reporter at WKOW-TV from February 2010 to February 2011 and at WREX-TV from September 2008 to February 2010. Bob started their career as a Newspaper Reporter at Rockford Register Star from November 2004 to September 2008 and at St. Louis Suburban Journals from February 2001 to August 2002, where they covered St. Louis City Hall.

Bob Schaper attended Francis Howell High School where they studied general studies. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia for their Bachelor's Degree. Their field of study at the university was radio and television.
