Susan Akinyi has a diverse work experience in customer support and sales roles. Susan started their career at Kencall in 2014 as a Call Center Representative and then moved on to Wananchi Telecom Ltd, where they worked as a Client relations/Telesales retention. In 2019, they joined Horizon Contact Centers Ltd as a Sales and Customer Service Agent. Most recently, in 2021, Susan joined Wowzi as a Customer Support Associate, and within a month, they were promoted to the position of Customer Support Executive.
Susan Akinyi attended the University of Kabianga from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
