Ella Massey is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in the retail and marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Brand Service and Styling Intern at Anthropologie since June 2024, Ella Massey focuses on creating personalized styling solutions, enhancing client satisfaction, and conducting workshops to improve customer engagement. As a Street Team Brand Ambassador for WP Beverages, Pepsi-Cola since November 2022, Ella Massey analyzes consumer feedback and collaborates on promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness. Ella Massey also held the position of Keyholder at Free People starting in February 2022, where responsibilities included driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store operations in compliance with procedural guidelines. Ella Massey is pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in 2025.
