Haidee M.

Haidee M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Haidee began their career in 2006 as the IS Applications Manager at Analog Devices, where they focused on streamlining manufacturing and delivering engineering data systems through innovative software development. Haidee then moved on to Tranzaura in 2011, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2015. Following that, Haidee worked at Intel Corporation from 2015 to 2018, taking on roles such as Senior Software Engineering Manager and Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager. Since 2018, Haidee has been with WP Engine, where they have held various positions, including Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, Senior Director of Engineering, and currently, Senior Director of Product Management.

Haidee M. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Limerick. Haidee also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in languages and computing at the same university. In 2020, they attained an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a degree in Simply ADHD coaching at ADD Coach Academy. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in the University of Limerick, where they are expected to receive a Diploma of Education in Psychology in the years 2023 and 2024.
