Stephanie Swannack has a rich and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie is currently working at WP Engine as the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. Prior to this, they worked at Tecovas as the Director of CRM and Retention Marketing, where they led the CRM strategy for customer retention and managed the promotional strategy. Stephanie has also held various roles at Whole Foods Market, including Senior Product Manager - Merchandising, Senior Director of CRM, and Director of Loyalty Marketing. Stephanie successfully launched a national customer loyalty program and collaborated with key stakeholders for the national launch of Prime at Whole Foods Market. Before joining Whole Foods Market, Stephanie served as the Senior Director of Retail Brand Development at Catalina France, where they managed a partnership with a leading DIY retailer in Europe. Stephanie also worked at Catalina Marketing as the Director of Partner Solutions, where they were responsible for building client relationships and executing analytic projects for their partner Safeway Inc. Stephanie began their career as a Marketing Intern at DOLE Fresh Vegetables and later pursued their graduate studies at Washington State University, where they focused on researching genetically modified wheat and international markets for the agriculture industry.

Stephanie Swannack holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts in Agribusiness from Washington State University from 2002 to 2004. In 2000 to 2001, Stephanie completed a Business degree with a focus on Agriculture Economics at the University of New England in Australia. Additionally, they earned a certification in Klaviyo Product from Klaviyo in June 2021.
