Gemma Ladgrove

Gemma has extensive experience working in the automotive industry, after working as a Parts Interpreter for the past 8 years before joining the WPC team. She went on to study a Diploma of Human Resources (HR) after developing an interest in the people and culture aspect of running a business. Gemma believes that placing the right person in the right role is the key to a successful business, and has gained her HR Diploma to help her do just that. Having grown up in Kerang (Victoria), she is passionate about providing people from rural regions with career resources and opportunities. In her spare time, Gemma enjoys photography, watching motorsport, and hanging out with her cat, Nemo.
