Hardik Patel

Hardik Patel's work experience includes a role as a Network Engineer L2 at WPG Consulting, LLC. since February 2021. In this position, they provide support to US-based clients for network issues and new implementations. Hardik also uses JIRA Management and performs troubleshooting to resolve client issues.

Prior to that, Hardik worked as a Network Support Engineer at NTT Ltd. from October 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they provided daily operational support, system administration, and monitoring for enterprise networks. Hardik had good knowledge of incident and problem management and made emergency changes in the network to ensure uninterrupted services.

Hardik Patel completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GEC Modasa between 2014 and 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Hardik obtained the following certificates: "Palo Alto Networks Zero Trust Network Security Workshop" from Palo Alto Networks in October 2022, "Panoroma: Managing Firewall at Scale (EDU-220)" from Palo Alto Networks in April 2022, "Certified Network Security Specialist (CNSS)" from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK in July 2020, "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate" from Fortinet in October 2020, and "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate" from Fortinet in October 2020.
