Todd Embley

Todd Embley is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. As Co-Founder and CEO of KT Fairglass since April 2023, Embley oversees operations for a family-run window and door installation business serving Vernon and surrounding areas. Embley also serves as the Executive Producer and Host of The Negotiation Podcast under WPIC Marketing + Technologies, showcasing insights from influential figures in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, Todd has been a mentor at Chinaccelerator, contributing to the success of innovative startups, and previously held significant positions at Agora, Founder Institute Western Canada, BoostX, and HORIZONthree. Embley co-founded and co-hosted The China Startup Pulse, providing valuable perspectives on the Chinese startup landscape. Educational credentials include a BBA in Business Administration and a Diploma in International Trade and Transportation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
