Rittu currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Partnerships and Alliances Technology at Starbucks. Prior to this, they worked at T-Mobile, where they held multiple senior director positions. At T-Mobile, they led a 3-year transformation of the finance and payments initiatives, built a DevOps team, and implemented a digital microservice platform. Before T-Mobile, Rittu worked at Starbucks as a Director of Business Systems Development and a Business Systems Manager, where they oversaw global finance solutions and led the architecture of the global finance systems roadmap. Rittu'searlier experience includes roles at Russell Investments and JPMorgan Chase, where they managed various finance system platforms and implemented initiatives to improve controls and efficiencies. Rittu began their career at Washington Mutual Bank, where they served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Supervisor. Throughout their career, Rittu has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
