Monique Johnson-Ludley

Monique Johnson-Ludley serves as the Head of Finance Operations at WPP, overseeing shared services financial operations for WPP North America since February 2021. Prior to this role, Monique spent over 15 years at CoreLogic as Senior Director/Division Controller, where significant achievements included centralizing financial functions and integrating legacy systems into Oracle. Monique has also held positions such as Accounting Director at HMS and Assistant Controller at Worldcolor, managing various accounting processes and teams. Early career experience includes roles as Accounting Supervisor at IP Communications and Finance Supervisor at State Farm, where responsibilities encompassed accounts payable, general ledger management, and staff development. Monique holds an MBA in Finance from Ashford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University.
