Sara Redford has extensive experience in the field of procurement and business solutions. Sara started their career as a Procurement Specialist at the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration in 2006 and worked there until 2011. Following that, they served as an IT Acquisitions Analyst at the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Sara joined the State of Wisconsin as a Section Chief for Enterprise IT Sourcing and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Deputy Director and later became the Director of the State Bureau of Procurement.

In 2020, Sara joined WPS Health Solutions as the Vice President of Procurement and worked there until July 2023. Sara then took on the role of Vice President of Enterprise Business Solutions from December 2022 to December 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Business Solutions at WPS Health Solutions, which they started in December 2023.
