Alisha Kraus

Alisha Kraus, MSM, has over two decades of experience in the health insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at WPS Health Insurance since August 2011. Prior roles at WPS include Manager of Individual Sales and Retention and Supervisor of the Billing Department. Alisha's career at WPS began in 2002, with positions in Client Support, Underwriting, and as an Administrative Assistant. Alisha earned a Master's of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in 2014, following a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management obtained from the same institution in 2010.
