Samantha Hamidan

Samantha Hamidan, Esq. is an Immigration Associate Attorney at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP since December 2019, while also serving on the Corporate Leadership Board of SuitUp Incorporated since February 2024. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate and Contract Attorney at Merrill R. Cohen & Associates, PC from September 2018 to December 2019, and Law Clerk at Milstein Law Group, PLLC in early 2018. Samantha has held leadership positions such as President of the Minority Law Student Alliance and the Black Law Students Association, along with a Judicial Intern position at the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University.
