Geo Martin

George "Geo" Martin is a music industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Geo is currently the CEO and Founder of WR1 Inc, a music and entertainment company.

Martin's career began in 1984 when they founded Music House AS, a music production company. Geo then went on to work as a record producer for Virgin, EMI, and Warner Music Group. In 1994, they founded Arcade Music, a record label and music publishing company. Geo also served as the Head of A&R for the label.

In 1999, Martin founded Engine Entertainment, a music management and production company. Geo ran the company until 2006 when they left to join Modern Times Group MTG AB as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. During their time with MTG, they oversaw the 2006 Fifa Worldcup Official Entertainment program.

In 2009, Martin became a Partner at Vintage1, a premium denim company. Geo is credited with inventing motorcycle jeans which were worn by celebrities such as Rhianna, Cameron Diaz, and Halle Berry. The company was acquired by Marcraft Inc in 2010.

Martin returned to WR1 Inc in 2010 and has been serving as the CEO and Founder ever since. Under their leadership, the company has become a leading music and entertainment company with a global reach.

Geo Martin attended BI Norwegian Business School where they studied economics and law. Geo earned their bachelor's degree from the school.
