Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith, PE is a Senior Restoration Engineer and Senior Associate Water Resources Engineer at WRA, Inc., where since February 2019, responsibilities include the design and implementation of environmental solutions and the development of stream restoration projects utilizing natural systems. Previously, Andrew held multiple engineering roles at the US Army Corps of Engineers from October 2009 to February 2019, culminating in the position of Supervisory Civil Engineer, responsible for technical oversight of engineering teams and project management. Andrew's extensive experience includes civil engineering work in Iraq and oversight of various construction projects, as well as a foundational education in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned in 2009.
