Joel Hodes

Joel Hodes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical consulting and risk management. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Consultant at Wrangu since October 2025, Hodes previously worked at Santander as a Risk Manager from May 2023 to October 2025. Hodes has a strong technical foundation, demonstrated during a nearly nine-year tenure at PNMsoft as a Product Specialist and Microsoft Full Stack Developer, focusing on designing workflows and enhancing business processes using the Sequence Kinetics BPM product line. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Manager at Global Forwarding Ltd, where Hodes was responsible for developing in-house logistics databases, and Database Engineer at Direct Path Solutions Ltd. Hodes began the career as a Customer Liaison Officer at HSBC Investment Bank and has a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business and Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School.
