Carlos Casas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos began their career as a Digital Marketing Manager at Outward Bound Costa Rica in 1997. From 2008 to 2012, Carlos worked as the Managing Director at The RockTeam, a company specializing in social software and collaborative technologies. During their tenure, the company achieved annual revenue growth exceeding 30% year-over-year.

Carlos then joined IBM, where they served as a Sales Leader from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they managed key executive relationships for IBM core accounts and exceeded revenue targets by building partnerships with IBM Channel partners.

Carlos Casas attended the University of Delaware from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition, Carlos Casas obtained a certification as a USCCA Firearms Instructor from the United States Conceal Carry Association in October 2021.
