Nicky Ferentheil is a seasoned product and user experience designer with extensive experience in delivering innovative design solutions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Wrapbook since March 2023, Nicky previously held positions at Amazon from May 2017 to December 2022, notably designing a UX framework that streamlined onboarding for 165,000 employees and leading the UX design for a successful B2B initiative. Additional experience includes teaching technology for design at Arizona State University, working as a design lead at RetailMeNot, and contributing to the development of PayPal’s consumer application and website redesign. Nicky holds a Bachelor of Science in Design with a concentration in Visual Communication Design from Arizona State University.
