Tyler Eliasen

Tyler Eliasen has a comprehensive work experience in the field of meteorology. Tyler started their career as an intern meteorologist at WAGA - FOX Atlanta in 2011. Tyler then interned at WGN-TV and WTTG - FOX D.C. in 2012. Tyler joined WMBB News 13 in 2013 as a meteorologist and reporter, and later became the morning & midday meteorologist. In 2017, they joined WTVT - FOX Tampa as a meteorologist. Currently, Tyler is the Chief Meteorologist at WREG-TV starting from July 2023.

Tyler Eliasen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Tyler also pursued minors in Digital Media and Mathematics while specializing in Meteorology.
