Jonathan Bancroft

Jonathan Bancroft joined Wrench Group as a regional executive for the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2022. With 23 years of experience in the industry, he transitioned into the role of serving as President and CEO of Morris-Jenkins, the top home services company in Charlotte, N.C. After starting his career as an HVAC apprentice, he eventually became one of the top air conditioning salespeople in the country, racking up more than $3.4 million in sales annually. Jonathan joined the senior leadership team at Morris-Jenkins in 2011 and became the beloved family-owned company’s president in 2014. He has built successful teams and a reputation for stellar customer service by following the company’s credo.
