Anand Rathinem

Anand Rathinem has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Anand is currently the Head of North American Operations at WRENCH Solutions (P) Ltd. Prior to this, Anand took a sabbatical from 2020 to 2022. Anand has also worked for John Deere, where they held various positions such as IT Division Leader, SAP Program Manager in China, Director of IT for John Deere Water, CRM Implementation Team Leader, and SAP Strategy Team Member. Before John Deere, Anand worked as the Director of Operations and Marketing Manager at Unimobile, Inc. Anand also has experience as a Management Consultant at PwC and a Consultant at CyberTech Systems & Software Ltd. Furthermore, they have a background in education, having served as an Administrative Faculty member at the University of Nevada Reno.

Anand Rathinem obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Anand later pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their studies between 1992 and 1994.
