Jacob Joy

Jacob Joy has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles and companies throughout their career. Jacob started their career as a Senior Executive - HR at PEARLPET - Pearl Polymers Limited in 1996. Jacob then moved on to work as an Associate Manager - HR at GMR Group from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Head - HR at Pacsoft Solutions. Following that, they joined EDS Technologies as the Head - HR from 2006 to 2010. Jacob then became the General Manager - HR at Geojit BNP Paribas from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked as an HR Specialist at NAFFCO - NATIONAL FIRE FIGHTING MANUFACTURING FZCO from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the General Manager HR at Geojit Financial. Currently, Jacob is the Head Strategic HR at WRENCH Solutions (P) Ltd, a position they have held since 2018.

Jacob Joy attended St Joseph's College of Commerce from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. After that, they enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 1994 to 1996 and completed a PGDM degree with a specialization in HR.
