Rhea Medina has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. In 2007, they began working for their father's company, Winnsboro Rental Properties, as a Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Waitress for Brewbaker's Restaurant and Pub. In 2012, they worked as a Cashier for ALCO Stores, Inc. From 2013 to 2015, they worked for Brandman University - Chapman University System as a Financial Aid Student Worker, where they held receptionist and secretarial duties. In 2016, they worked as a Financial Aid Advisor for Texas A&M University-Commerce. From 2017 to 2018, they were self-employed as a Writer. Finally, in 2022 they began working as a Customer Service Representative for Wrench, Inc.

Rhea Medina began their educational journey in 2010 at Northeast Texas Community College, where they studied General for one year. Rhea then attended Brandman University from 2011-2012, also studying General. From 2013-2015, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brandman University. Currently, Rhea is pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from West Texas A&M University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
