Nancy Lado is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority since September 2020, Nancy is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment for Home Care Attendants and Home Support Workers. Previous positions include Human Resources Assistant at Reimer World Corp., Human Resources Specialist with the Government of Manitoba, and multiple roles in human resources and management at Houseworks Chores and More and Inventure Technologies. Notable managerial experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations as a Residential Coordinator and Assistant Manager in community living homes.
