Clay Wilfahrt

Clay Wilfahrt is an experienced public administrator currently serving as the Assistant County Administrator for Wright County, Minnesota since April 2022. Prior to this role, Clay held the position of City Administrator for the City of Big Lake from May 2015 to April 2022 and for the City of Winsted from September 2013 to May 2015. Clay's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Elk River from August 2011 to September 2013 and Executive Director at Hartford Area Development Corporation from May 2009 to September 2011. Clay holds a M.A. in Local Government Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint John's University.
