Karla McRae ANFI, CFM, has extensive experience in flood insurance, having served Wright Flood, the nation's largest flood insurance company, since October 2005. Karla's roles include Director of Customer Experience and Support, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Corporate Flood Trainer, focusing on continuing education for underwriters and customer service representatives, as well as course development. Prior to these positions, Karla worked as a Quality Analyst and Underwriter at Wright Flood from October 2005 to July 2013.
