Floyd Craft (Butch)

Floyd 'Butch' Craft is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in various industries, including aerospace, contract manufacturing, packaging machinery, firearms, and injection molding. Currently employed at Wright & McGill Co. since June 2017, Craft focuses on continuous improvements, troubleshooting, and the fine-tuning of mechanical assemblies. Prior to this, Craft was a self-employed manufacturing maintenance planner and served as Production Manager at M+M Inc. from October 2015 to June 2017, where high-quality assembly production was achieved. Craft's earlier career, spanning from January 1990 to June 2017, involved a myriad of roles such as manufacturing engineering, toolmaker, and material planner, alongside significant ISO and quality program involvement. Education includes a Journeyman Toolmaker Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Penn State University and a certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Berks.
