Evelyn is graduate of Baylor University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Education at Idaho State University (ISU), and shortly after certified with the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist. She has worked several years in the Health and Fitness industry as adjunct faculty for ISU teaching classes and performing wellness assessments, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and Group fitness instructor. She has educated and developed client programs meshing lifestyle habits, sound nutrition, personal interests, and goals to help clients achieve weight loss and performance goals. She has especially loved working with youth running programs, pre-postnatal fitness, and Rock Steady Boxing for patients w/ Parkinson’s. She hopes to do medical mission work, and is proud to work for a company that supports Operation Underground Railroad in their efforts to advocate and rescue children from abuse.
She grew up as a bit of a Nomad living in cities such as Chicago, Greater Salt Lake Area, St. Louis, Houston, Edmonton, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Shelley, but Southeast Idaho has always been a home base.
