Paul Birkel

Paul has provided leadership and guidance in the study, design and construction of wastewater collection, pumping and treatment facility projects for nearly three decades. Throughout his career, he has sought to provide his clients and project teams cost effective, technically sound, sustainable solutions meeting the needs of the clients being served while safeguarding and protecting the environment. As Executive Vice President and leader of Wright-Pierce’s Wastewater Practice, he continues to provide technical oversight and direction on the Firm’s most complex and challenging wastewater projects. Paul manages the Portland, Maine office and sits on the Board of Directors for the Firm.
