Kelly Rabah, FACHE, MSW, CPHQ, CHRM, SSGB, serves as the Senior Director of Quality Innovation at Wright State Physicians since January 2020, overseeing compliance, risk management, patient experience, quality, and safety across 17 physician practices. Concurrently, Kelly has held the role of Director of Patient Safety Quality Improvement in Graduate Medical Education and Assistant Professor at Wright State University since March 2014, where collaboration with Premier Health focuses on enhancing education and patient safety initiatives. With prior experience as a Health Care Consultant and Large Account Advisory Services Manager at Press Ganey Associates, as well as Director of Patient Support Services at UC Health, Kelly has a robust background in healthcare management and improvement. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, complemented by extensive community involvement and leadership roles in various organizations since 1997.
