Noah Greenberg

Noah Greenberg is a Senior Water Resources Scientist and Regulatory Specialist at Wright Water Engineers, Inc., where responsibilities include managing and supporting a variety of water resources and environmental permitting projects since February 2023. Previously, at SWCA Environmental Consultants, Noah served as Technical Director for Water Resources from January 2019 to February 2023, focusing on enterprise-level leadership and growth of the Water Resources practice. Earlier experience includes roles as a Natural Resources Project Manager and Senior Aquatic Resource Scientist at Wright Water Engineers, Inc. from May 2008 to December 2018, emphasizing wetlands and riparian assessments, water quality, water rights, and biological evaluations. Noah's career began as an intern at the Environmental Protection Agency working on water quality standards and wetlands programs, and included a role as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado, where Noah taught various biology courses. Noah holds a MA in Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Biology from Colorado College.
