Christer Holloman has a long and varied work experience. Christer began their career in 2007 as the Head of Product and Partnership Manager for CareerBuilder.com in EMEA. In 2010, they moved on to become the Head of Commercial Product Development for Daily Mail and General Trust plc. Christer then became the Head of Digital Product Development for News International in 2011, and also began writing for Wiley that same year. In 2012, they became the Senior Business Development Manager for Glassdoor in EMEA. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Divido, and also served as an advisor. In 2020, they became an investor for Seedcamp. In 2021, they assumed the role of Non-Executive Director for Wrisk. And in 2022, they became an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for HSBC and a Fellow for Primary Venture Partners, an early-stage investor in New York startups with $400m AUM.

Christer Holloman's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Umeå University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. From 2000 to 2001, they were a CBRN Warfare Specialist in the Swedish Armed Forces. In 2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford. In December 2021, they obtained a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute.
