Head Customer Care at Wristcam

Jean Galli has had a long and varied career in customer service, beginning in 1993 as Manager of Consumer Service at Sega of America, Inc. In 1995, they moved to Sony Computer Entertainment America as Director of Consumer Service. In 2012, they began working for The Living Brands as a Customer Service Consultant, then moved to Beats by Dr. Dre as Global Consumer Support Director. In 2014, they worked for both Chef'd as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Apple as Beats Electronics Global Consumer Support Director. In 2016, they became VP of Business Development at American Customer Care, then in 2018 they became Customer Care Community Lead at North. Currently, they are the Head Customer Care at Wristcam, where they are leading the customer care strategy to ensure a quality brand experience.

Jean Galli attended Rutgers University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
