Vivienne Lam

Vivienne Lam is currently working as a Senior Associate at WRISTCHECK since April 2023. Prior to this, Vivienne held the role of Customer Experience Analyst at Prenetics where Vivienne spearheaded data-driven product improvements and optimized customer success team performance. Additionally, Vivienne has experience in mental health awareness and suicide prevention initiatives, as well as in various roles in consulting, marketing, and international affairs. Vivienne is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Business Administration and Cognitive Science.
