Seneil Chandran

Seneil Chandran is currently the Head of Finance at Writer. Prior to that, they worked as Corporate Finance for Walmart eCommerce from January 2018 to December 2019. Before that, they were with Kahuna from January 2016 to December 2018 where they served in various finance and operations capacities.

Some of their notable accomplishments include being responsible for the story behind the numbers as well as financial statement consolidations and analysis of Walmart.com & acquisitions. Additionally, they have managed weekly financial and operational metrics for executive teams, officers and functional leaders. Seneil has also managed monthly and quarterly business review slides including board slides.

At Kahuna, they served as project manager for CRM re-implementation of Salesforce and was also responsible for overseeing the corporate operating plan/financial model and SaaS metrics for the executive team. Additionally, they assisted in the closing of the Series B financing round and managed legal disclosures schedules and due diligence process.

Thanks to their keen eye for detail, they were able to identify errors in Kahuna's revenue model from past years and resolved discrepancies totaling over $500,000. Seneil also helped reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) from 60+ to around 45.
