Alexis Ankersen, CPRW, CPCC

Alexis Ankersen, CPRW, CPCC is an established career coach and resume writer who has worked across a wide range of industries and experience levels. Alexis began their career in 2013 as a Library Technician at the Library of Congress. In 2014, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Mary Washington. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Metadata Specialist at George Washington University and a Processing Technician at the Library of Congress. In 2018, they were a Program Specialist at Cortek, Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Publishing Resources for Career Coaches & Resume Writers at Calibrate Career Services and the Career Coach and Professional Writer. In 2019, they became the Program Manager and Head Coach at Career UpRising and in 2022, they became the Customer Success Manager at WriteSea.

Alexis Ankersen holds a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation and Museum Studies from the University of Mary Washington, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Alexis also holds an Advanced Diploma from Colonial Forge HS, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they hold a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) certification from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches, which they obtained in March of 2019.
