Edward Galarza has held a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Temp Worker at MPG/Rapid Industries, primarily repairing and assembling ice and water dispensers for European model refrigerators and taking inventory of all the modules in the warehouse. From 2010 to 2011, they were a MSR Level 1 at Telenetwork, assisting customers with various aspects of the Texas.gov website. In 2011, they worked as a Customer at Action Automotive. Since 2020, they have been a Customer Service Specialist at wrrk.

Edward Galarza obtained their CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2005. Edward then attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 2006 to 2006, where they earned an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
