Devender Vannela

Devender Vannela has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and cloud computing. Devender has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and leadership skills in cloud transformation, technical architecture, and product development.

Starting from their most recent experience, Devender served as the Head of Cloud at WSAudiology, where they were responsible for leading and overseeing cloud-related projects.

Prior to that, Devender worked at CAPGEMINI AMERICA, INC as a Cloud Technology Leader, where they played a crucial role in the end-to-end cloud transformation program of Chubb Insurance. Devender provided guidance and support for cloud migration, design, implementation, and governance. Devender also facilitated the adoption of best practices and automation to optimize operational efficiency and minimize risks.

Earlier in their career, Devender held the position of Director, Azure CoE Lead at Capgemini and Portfolio Manager. Devender was an integral part of the team responsible for Azure Center of Excellence and successfully managed portfolios of projects.

Additionally, Devender has gained valuable experience working as a Product Architect at Skillvo, Technical Architect Manager at Accenture, India, Senior Architect at Mindtree Ltd., and System Architect at MACH. Devender has also worked as an Architect at Wipro Technologies and an Associate at HCL Perot Systems.

Devender Vannela completed their B.Tech in ECE from Sri Venkateswara University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Inter degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Siddhartha Residential, Guntur, from 1990 to 1992. Devender also has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert in 2020, and CAST Highlight - Foundation Certification in 2022, among others.
