Federico Di Fresco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Federico started their career in 2003 as a Sound Designer, working on documentaries and films. In 2009, they established their independent consulting brand, specializing in strategic and service design. Federico has also worked as a Design Strategist and Service Design Consultant for Positive Impact Events, contributing to the company's growth and management. Federico has worked at Gehl - Making Cities for People in different roles, including as a Community Researcher and as a Research and Development (R&D) Service Design Intern. At Chainge, they served as a Design Strategist, Service Systems Designer, and Operations Manager, focusing on agile principles and research through design. In their most recent role at WSAudiology, Federico has been a Lead Service Systems Designer and a Senior Service Designer. Throughout their career, they have utilized research, design thinking, and agile methodologies to improve team performance, develop innovative solutions, and design service systems.

Federico Di Fresco has a diverse education history. Federico obtained a Master of Science degree in Service Systems Design from Aalborg University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed specialization courses in Interaction Design, Behavioural Design, and Design for Policy Making at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design from 2017 to 2019. In 2011, they received a degree focusing on Cultural Resource Management, Creative and Cultural Industries Design, and Cultural-based Research from Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero. Federico also holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Nacional de Lanús, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they received an Advanced Technician of Sound and Recording Degree from TMA La Escuelita from 2002 to 2004, specializing in Sound Design, Acoustics, and Music Production. Federico is a certified Yoga Instructor, having completed a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program / Yoga Therapy from T. Krishnamacharya Tradition in Argentina from 2011 to 2013. Federico completed their high school education at Santa Teresa del Niño Jesús Secondary School, with a focus on humanities and social sciences from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Prøve i Dansk 3 (PD3), Data Processing with Python, The Python Mega Course: Build 10 Real World Applications, Academic IELTS Overall Band 7.5 (C1 level), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
