Frank Naumann

Frank Naumann currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Innovation and Intellectual Property at WSAudiology, a position held since March 2019. In this role, Frank collaborates with teams across Germany, Denmark, and Singapore, facilitating coordination among various R&D functions, Marketing, Legal, and external partners. Key achievements include leading the successful merger of global Innovation and IP departments, planning and supporting global R&D post-merger integration, and implementing a stage gate innovation process based on the Lean Innovation approach. Prior to WSAudiology, Frank held several positions at Sivantos Group and Siemens Audiology Solutions, where responsibilities included trend analysis, innovation roadmap execution, and digitalization of innovation processes. Frank holds a Dipl. Ing. in Maschinenbau/Konstruktion from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
