Oliver Ninkovic

Oliver Ninkovic is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Business Partnering & Manufacturing HR and VP HR for EMEA at WSAudiology since August 2020, Ninkovic has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies for a company born from the merger of Sivantos and Widex. Prior to this, Ninkovic held multiple roles at Sivantos Group, including VP HR for the APAC region, from March 2019 to August 2020, and from January 2015 to February 2019, along with experience as an HR Consultant at Siemens from March 2001 to January 2015.
